Easy Find Lids™

I love the 30 x Easy Find Lids Food Storage System Set. I am impressed with the quality of the containers and the lids. I love how they all stack together and take up so little room in my cupboard. The lids lock together and to the bottom of the container which really does make it easy to find the right lid for the container I’m using. I am impressed by how well the seals work too…they don’t leak, even with liquids. I put the remainder of a tin of pineapple pieces, juice included, and there was no leaking around the seal, even when it accidentally got knocked out of the fridge and bounced on the floor (oops). I have never had a square plastic container that didn’t leak at least some liquid around the seal if it was tipped or jiggled too much, until I tried this Easy Find Lids system. The seals are very easy to put on the containers too, which means I don’t struggle trying to close them up. The various sizes included in the set make it versatile for storing any amount of food, large or small, and having the size (ie amount it can hold) marked on the container makes it easy to choose the right size for the job. I also love that there are only two sizes of lids, large and small, so that if, by some strange circumstance, the lid and container become separated in my cupboard, I can easy borrow a lid from another one of the containers before I have to search my cupboard for the misplaced one (although I highly doubt that would happen because they lock together so well). The containers themselves are clear so I can easily see what’s inside without opening it and I love the stylish maroon coloured lids. I found that it was easy to stack the containers in my fridge too (although I didn’t lock them together), because of the shape of the lid, saving even more space in my crowded fridge. I used these containers to transport food for a picnic and the square containers stacked perfectly in my esky, everything arrived safely and nothing leaked. I have put them through the dishwasher (top rack) and they didn’t melt or warp and the lids still go on the containers easily. The containers worked in the freezer too, which meant I could freeze leftovers for later…much better than using disposable freezer containers and more economical too. The containers even work to reheat leftovers in the microwave making them some of the most versatile containers I’ve seen. I was also impressed by the fact then when I stored some leftover curry in one of the containers it didn’t stain the container, which is problem I have had with other containers in the past; also, once it was washed, it didn’t smell like curry either. All in all, I am very impressed with this set of containers and would definitely purchase more in the future.
